We offer free shipping for gift certificates through USPS.
We do offer local delivery near our nursery in Issaquah, Washington. To ensure your items arrive safely, our knowledgeable staff will personally bring your order to you. To set up a local delivery, please contact us.
All our items may be picked up in person at our store in Issaquah, Washington, just select "Pickup in Store" at checkout. After receiving a notification that your order has been processed, bring a copy of your receipt (on your mobile device is fine) when you come to pick up your items.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs that were paid by you in receiving the item, are not refundable.

Items Not Eligible
Gift Cards are not eligible for refunds. Workshop or class fees are not eligible for refunds. Moss basket pre-orders are not refundable after April 30th. Super Pot basket pre-orders are not refundable after April 30th.
Discounted items (“Sale Items”) are not refundable.
